Yes, we do! We have three Virtual Office memberships: Virtual Starter, Virtual Global, and Virtual Global Pro.
A Virtual Starter office membership is designed for those needing a business address and a virtual mailbox to receive and manage postal mail. Virtual Starter also gives you 3 complimentary day passes to cowork and 1 hour of conference room use. Pay as you go for additional hours and day passes.
A Virtual Global office membership includes a Global Pass to use the complimentary 3-day passes and 1 hour of conference room use at any Piloto location. Pay as you go for additional hours and day passes. Mail pickup would be at one designated location.
A Virtual Global Pro office membership includes VOIP for national calls, Global Pass to use your complimentary 5-day passes, and 2 hours to book the conference room at any Piloto location. Mail pickup would be at one designated location.
Virtual Offices are perfect for those who don’t need a physical office every day, just all the perks to work remotely: a physical business address (for permitting and banking) and postal mail handling to a dedicated phone number. Check our virtual office memberships here.
8. What is a Day Pass?
Our day passes are coworking passes for members and visitors with all the essentials to get things done. It provides access exclusively to cowork from our open space layout, indoor patios, phone booths, and lounges. Other perks include Aeronet’s Gigabit1 & Wi-Fi and on-demand conference room usage at a 20% discount. Day passes are valid for 1 person per day during our business hours. Complimentary day passes do not roll over.

13. Does Piloto 151 offer 24/7 access?
Dedicated memberships, such as Cafe Global, dedicated desks (Estacion), and private offices (Estudios & Suites) give you 24/7 access to your space. Piloto staff is onsite Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for tours, reception services, and front-desk help.
14. What are your business hours?
Piloto 151 staff is onsite between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Day passes and conference room usage are available exclusively during these hours. For members with dedicated memberships, Estación, Estudio, or Suite membership, your location is accessible 24/7.
15. How do I cancel or modify my coworking membership?
If you want to upgrade, downgrade, or include add-ons to your membership, just shoot an email to Piloto Support.
If you decide to cancel, we promise we’ll be nice about it. You can cancel your membership by submitting written notice by email 20 days before the 1st of the next month. All membership cancellations are effective on the last day of the cancellation month.
16. Do coworking spaces in Puerto Rico offer free trials or tours?
Even though we don’t offer free trials at this time, if you are interested in trying out a coworking space before committing to a membership, feel free to get a day pass to work for the day. You can book a tour through our platform here.
