Get Started

Welcome! To get started, simply click Become A Member.

From there, you get to create your member account and purchase the membership right for you and your team. Choose your home location, add your contact information, and select your membership. If you prefer our support, you can always reach out by filling out our contact form here. The process can be completely virtual.

If you are simply visiting, you can create an account and purchase services that don’t require a membership, such as day passes and conference room use.

We will send you a Welcome Email with pertinent information on your membership once signup process is complete. It will include your new business address, access to your virtual mailbox, and the following documents for fast-tracking your permitting process:

  • Coworking Agreement Form (to sign and return)
  • Certification Letter
  • Copy of our Single Permit

If you are interested in a dedicated space that is currently not available, join our waitlist! Feel free to reach out to our Piloto 151 team members to get placed on our waitlist and get notified as soon as any vacancies are available. We offer documents for fast-tracked permitting:

  • Coworking Agreement Form (to sign and return)
  • Certification Letter
  • Copy of our Single Permit

With these documents, in addition to your Certificate of Incorporation and the Certificate of Organization (Incorporation), Authorization Letter, and other documents you can solicit a Carta de Consulta which allows you to operate under our Use Permit. It’s $50 and usually takes around 14 days. You can also use our address on all necessary permitting and for official institutions. We provide orientation and connect you with our specialists who offer our members discount for their services.

To activate a mailbox check your email inbox for an invitation. Click the button Activate Your Mailbox. Enter your details to create your account.

Mail handling services and storage fees will take into effect on August 1, 2022. 

Our virtual mailbox’s storage feature will let you how long your mail’s been stored. It’s a handy reminder that notifies you when it’s time to pick up or request a forward of your mail to make room for more.

You can also skip the wait by scheduling your pickup through your virtual mailbox. Add the date and time you’ll be dropping by and it will be ready for delivery.

📌 Note: Make sure to pick up mail & packages before August 1st to avoid incurring in storage fees.

All memberships can request courier delivery at a fee of $3 per request for handling services.

Courier delivery charges apply and start around $8 per request. Delivery is limited to Puerto Rico’s metro area.

Mail forwarding request includes remailing your mail to another address worldwide through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Mail forwarding & shipping postal charges apply.

Fee for the preparation (handling and shipping supply) for a package brought in person by member.

Make use of our pickup scheduling in your virtual mailbox! You can schedule what day and time you will like your mail pickup to be ready.

You are not required to schedule your mail pickups, but your mail will be ready, no wait time, and our mail management team would highly appreciate it!

If you are not in Puerto Rico or need someone to receive official documents on your behalf, Piloto 151 is designated to receive service of process in any circumstance, as well as other legal and governmental documents on behalf of your business as a Registered Agent. Pricing is: $15/month.

Extra Desk Fee

  • Estudio & Suite Membership only: $100.00 USD per additional desk per month
  • Your private office space has a limited capacity depending on size. If the number of members or other individuals regularly using your office space exceeds the number allocated for your membership, you will be required to pay the additional fee listed above. For safety reasons, there is a maximum number of desks and people that can be within your space, regardless of additional fees paid. We reserve the right to further limit the number of Members allowed at any point.

Checking out a membership? We’ll make billing quick and painless.

All memberships are invoiced on the first of the month and our system charges the credit card on file between the 1st and 3rd of the month.

All membership payments are due by the 3rd of the month to avoid late fees. By submitting your first payment via credit card or other payment mechanism, you authorize Piloto 151 to charge your credit card on a recurring monthly basis for the membership that you sign up for, including recurrent monthly additional services.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, check, cash, or wire transfers. There is a $15 fee for all wire transfers.

Yes. By submitting your first payment via credit card or other payment mechanism, you authorize Piloto 151 to charge your credit card on a recurring monthly basis for the membership that you sign up for, including recurrent monthly additional services.

A 10% Late Fee is added to your account if payment is not received by the 3rd of the month.

For annual payments, we offer a 10% discount for the upfront payment.

We also offer discounted pricing for non-profits and students with a valid Student ID or 501C3 document.

If you decide to cancel, we promise we’ll pick up and be nice about it. 

You can cancel your membership by submitting written notice by email 20 days before the 1st of the next month. Estacion, Estudio, and Suites require one calendar month or 30 days notice prior to move-out date. All Memberships cancellations are effective the last day of the cancellation month. To cancel an Estudio, Suite or Estación for December 1st effective date, two (2) months written notice are required. Once membership is cancelled, all relevant agencies will be notified and mail will be returned to sender.
