Lounge at Venues

Open space with views to Santurce and the landmark Cine Metro, the Lounge at Venues comfortably seats up to 18 guests with room for more. Salón Rita Moreno (1)

A blank canvas venue, ideal for team-building activities, studio sessions, and classroom trainings. Designed to adapt to your needs, this dynamic space fosters creativity, collaboration, and learning.

Salón Raúl Juliá (2, 3, or 4)

Perfect for brainstorming sessions, team meetings, or collaborative work with seating for 12 guests. It features a 65″ interactive display screen with screen mirroring and HDMI connectivity.

Can I rent the space online or do I need to book in advance?

At Piloto Venues, our meeting and event spaces are best enjoyed with a little planning—book in advance with our team to ensure availability and proper arrangements. Our team is here to assist you with everything from selecting the perfect space to coordinating any additional services you may need.

Need something on the fly? Our coworking spaces offer on-demand conference rooms, ready whenever inspiration (or a last-minute meeting) strikes. Book a conference room at any of our locations here.

How do I book your on-demand conference rooms?

Head over to Bookings to view real-time availability and secure your spot instantly. Our conference room can be booked at 30-minute intervals during our business hours.

If you need a room outside of our standard hours, we’re happy to accommodate—just keep in mind that these bookings are subject to availability and may incur an after-hour fee.

Can I book multiple rooms at once?

Yes, you can reserve multiple rooms or spaces, depending on availability. Reach out to our team for assistance with multi-room bookings.

What if a space is not available?

If your preferred space is unavailable, we can suggest alternative options or put you on a waitlist in case of cancellations.

How far in advance can I book a space?

You can book spaces as far in advance as our calendar allows. For major events, we recommend securing your space as early as possible.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking according to our cancellation policy. Please review the policy or contact us for details.

As a member, can I book a space at Piloto Venues?

At Piloto Venues, members enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on bookings.

Complimentary conference room hours included with our coworking memberships can only be redeemed at our on-demand meeting rooms in coworking locations.

Is there a minimum number of hours required for booking?

For event bookings at Piloto Venues, a minimum of 4 hours is required for the Rita Moreno and Raúl Juliá spaces, while the Del Toro space can be reserved for a minimum of 2 hours. These minimum booking times ensure that you have ample time to set up, host, and enjoy your event without feeling rushed.

Where is Piloto Venues space located?

Our Piloto Venues space is located on the 2nd floor of San José Towers Building on Ave. Ponce de León, on the same building of our Santurce Parada 18 coworking space.

What are your business hours?

Piloto 151 staff is onsite between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Day passes, conference room, and venues bookings are available exclusively during these hours. For after hours access, reach out to our staff.

For members with Cafe Global, Estación, Estudio, or Suite memberships, access is unlimited at their chosen coworking space.

Are there any blackout dates or times when spaces are not available?

There may be occasional blackout dates due to holidays, special events, or maintenance. You can contact us directly for information.

What other services are available to add on?

As an event space, we offer a range of services at an additional fee, including a curated list of vendors for catering, IT support, advanced AV equipment, photography, and videography, all designed to enhance your event experience.
