Find your complete Piloto address in your Welcome Email and PilotoMail Virtual Mailbox account. The PMB number is exclusive to your membership and one entity. Add an additional entity to your account at $35/month.
Remember to use the address as written to avoid USPS returning your mail.
Documents for permitting
To speed up your permitting process, you will receive from Piloto 151:
- Certification Letter
- Coworking Agreement Form (for you to sign)
- Copy of our Single Permit (Permiso Único)
With these documents, in addition to your Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Organization, and Authorization Letter, you can solicit a Carta de Consulta to operate under our Single Permit. We’ll connect you with our specialists who offer our members a discount for their services.
Virtual Mailbox by PilotoMail
Check your inbox for an email from PilotoMail to activate your virtual mailbox account.
You will receive notifications for your incoming mail at our Santurce Parada 18 mailroom. Access photos of your physical mail, and request for it to be opened to see its contents, forwarded to an address of choice, shredded, or even a curbside pickup.
Mail Compliance
As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) following U.S. Postal Regulations, Piloto 151 must verify your identity before starting mail handling services, for any renter.
As a mail recipient, you must authorize Piloto 151 to receive mail on your behalf. Simply follow the prompts in the PilotoMail app to fully access your virtual mailbox. You will need two IDs and sign our CMRA form, all through the platform.

Piloto 151 Santurce Parada 18 is located in Ave. Ponce de Leon, on the third floor of San Jose Building.
Members and visitors without reserved monthly parking can park at the Metro Plaza parking lot across the street. It is accessible at an hourly rate.

As a United States Postal Certified Mail Receiving Agency, Piloto 151 is fully compliant with federal laws and regulations to receive and handle your mail. Featuring our sophisticated mail handling service and our digital mailbox, PilotoMail, you can choose how we handle each piece of mail you receive.

Registered Agent ($)
If you are not in Puerto Rico or need someone to receive official documents on your behalf, Piloto 151 is designated to receive service of process in any circumstance, as well as other legal and governmental documents on behalf of your business as a Registered Agent. Pricing is: $15/month.

Using the space
Business Hours & Access Control
Piloto staff is onsite Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for tours, reception services & mail pickup, coworking check-ins, and front-desk help.
With a dedicated membership, members get 24/7 access to their space.
Day Passes
Your Virtual Starter membership includes 3 day passes to use exclusively in Santurce Parada 18. Check-in with the front desk on the first floor, choose a spot from the designated coworking areas and get to work. Access is exclusive during coworking hours.
With your member discount, you can add more as you go:
- $20/1 day pass
- $80/ 5 day passes
- $140/10 day passes
Conference Room Hours
Your membership includes 1 complimentary conference room hour a month. For additional hours, it’s $30/hour each additional hour.
Our Santurce Parada 18 conference room seats up to 10 guests around a conference room table.
It features a 65″ screen for presentations and video conferencing, an extra-large double-sided whiteboard, telephony system with full conference call capability, and Gigabit1 speed internet from Aeronet with WiFi connection.

Phone Booths
Our phone booths are quiet spots to take a phone or video call. Make sure to book them with the front desk staff before use!
High-Speed Internet & Emergency Backup

Printer Access

Members can print, scan to email, and make copies. Charges will be added to your account.

Complimentary Goodies
Stocked kitchen with complimentary freshly-brewed coffee, tea, refreshments and snacks, and refrigerators and microwaves to prep your lunch.
Deep Cleaning
During the evening, our cleaning crew does their stuff to keep all Piloto locations looking their best. This includes deep cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces, inclusive of private offices and workstations. The refrigerator is cleaned out on Fridays to keep it fresh (except anything noted by a member).
Backup Power Generator And Water Cistern
All Piloto151 locations are equipped with a water cistern and power generators in case of emergencies or power outages.
Discounts & Billing
We make billing painless, but if you find yourself in crisis mode Piloto Support is there for you.
Enjoy a 10% discount on annual payments when paid upfront. Nonprofits and students with a valid Student ID or 501C3 document can also benefit from special discounted pricing.
All memberships are invoiced on the first of the month and our system charges the credit card on file between the 1st and 3rd of the month.
All membership payments are due by the 3rd of the month to avoid late fees. By submitting your first payment via credit card or other payment mechanism, you authorize Piloto 151 to charge your credit card on a recurring monthly basis for the membership that you sign up for, including recurrent monthly additional services.

A 10% Late Fee is added to your account if payment is not received by the 3rd of the month.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel, we promise we’ll be nice about it.
You can cancel your membership by submitting written notice by email 20 days before the 1st of the next month. All membership cancellations are effective on the last day of the cancellation month.
